Yes. You can hand over the keys during the familiarization visit or at another arranged time at your home . You can also deliver the keys to the sitter's home yourself at no extra charge. As our petsitters work under contract and have liability insurance, you can safely entrust us with both your pet and the keys to your home.

You will soon receive an email from us confirming your reservation and a link to secure payments through our platform.

After receiving an email with a payment link, you have 48 hours to pay for the order, no later than one day before the day the service begins. In case of non-payment, the care will be considered canceled.

Yes. You have the right to cancel the booking contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund of payment will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract and will be made in the same way you paid for the service, unless you specifically ask for a different option.
