  • It is a professional pet care that we provide during your absence. The caregiver looks after your pet's physiological and emotional needs, providing adequate meals, walks, petting, playtime and activities. We treat each pet individually to make them feel comfortable and safe.
  • We employ selected sitters who are experienced in caring for dogs and cats. Each of our caregivers undergoes a recruitment process and training to prepare them to work with animals. Some of them have additional qualifications in veterinary medicine, training or animal behaviorism, which guarantees the high quality of our services.
  • Our sitters live in different parts of Cracow and are able to travel to nearby locations. After you place your order, it will be forwarded to Customer Service, which will inform you about the availability of caregivers in your area. Then, you will be able to choose one according to your preference - you can see all the sitters' profiles in detail here. After confirming your booking, a travel fee will be added to your order depending on the distance from the city limits.
  • By ordering services through our online store goldenpets.pl you accept the terms and conditions, which constitute a contract between you and our company.
  • Yes. You can hand over the keys during the familiarization visit or at another arranged time at your home . You can also deliver the keys to the sitter's home yourself at no extra charge. As our petsitters work under contract and have liability insurance, you can safely entrust us with both your pet and the keys to your home.
  • Once you've added the desired service to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout. Here you can fill out a short questionnaire, in which you will provide your personal information and the information about your pet. We will ask you to submit a detailed pet information form after confirming your booking.
  • At Golden Pets you can book various forms of care for dogs and cats as well as behavioral consultations. Dog walks - dog walks ranging from 20 to 120 minutes in length. Cat visits - care for cats at your home of varying lengths from 20 to 120 minutes. Home hotel for dogs and cats - individual care for your dog or cat with a pet sitter at their home. Overnight care - care for your pet at your home at night. Pet sitting - hourly care for your dog or cat of 1 to 12 hours at your or your pet sitter's home. Dog or cat behavioral consultation - we provide behavioral consultation for dogs and cats stationary in Cracow and surrounding areas and online. Administration of medications - we administer medications to dogs and cats in the form of tablets, injections or IVs.

Booking

  • Booking care with Golden Pets is very easy. Visit our online store and select the service you're interested in, then make the reservation by choosing a caregiver, dates and times of care. You will soon receive an email from us confirming your reservation and a link to secure payments through our platform.
  • Choose a service you are interested in from our online store, select the date, duration and start time of care. Select additional options, if available. Add the service to your shopping cart. When you get there you can use the coupon. After that, go to checkout and fill in your personal information and information about your pet. In case of care at your home, choose the form of pickup and return of keys. If you need a familiarization meeting with the caregiver, pick this option and propose a suitable date. Then go to delivery, and then to summary. Check whether everything is correct, accept the terms and conditions and ask for confirmation. You will receive an order summary to your email address. At this point, your order will await confirmation of your caregiver's availability from our Customer Service. Once confirmed, you will receive an email giving you the option to pay for your order.
  • We offer two forms of payment: traditional bank transfer or via quick online payments. You can choose the form of payment when placing an order in our online store.
  • After receiving an email with a payment link, you have 48 hours to pay for the order, no later than one day before the day the service begins. In case of non-payment, the care will be considered canceled.
  • Yes. You have the right to cancel the booking contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund of payment will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract and will be made in the same way you paid for the service, unless you specifically ask for a different option. If you would like to reschedule the service, please contact us via e-mail address: info@goldenpets.pl. In case of cancellation of the service after 14 days of payment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Plan your care order as far in advance as possible to increase the chances of finding a caregiver best suited to your pet. Through our online store, you can order the service no later than 2 days before the start of care. If you wish to place an order later than 48 hours before the care, you can do so only by contacting Customer Service.

Cat sitting

  • Our visits vary in length to suit your pet's needs: 20, 30, 40, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. In addition, we offer other flexible care options, including hourly and 24-hour home hotel care. If you need care at night as well, our overnight pet care service is available. You can find all our services in our store.
  • To ensure maximum comfort for your feline, take a look at our guide for preparing your cat for the care.
  • Yes, especially when booking your first cat sitting, you might want to add a meeting with the caregiver. We organize the familiarization meeting in your home. It allows you to meet the sitter in person, give more information about the pet and the flat or give the keys.
  • During the visit, the caregiver will provide your cat with fresh food and water, a clean litter box. They will ensure an adequate amount of activity and petting for your cats needs. If necessary, they will administer medication or perform other grooming procedures.
  • Yes, our overnight stay service includes up to 10 hours of care at your place. Our care includes evening and morning feeding and grooming, cleaning the cat's litter box, pets, play and administering medications if needed.
  • The caregiver will immediately notify you if your pet's health declines and, with your permission, schedule a visit to a veterinary clinic. You will make the visit to the vet much easier for them if, when placing the order, you inform them of your pet's current health status, behaviors to watch out for, the location of their health book and carrier. Let us know what specific behaviours could be a sign of health decline for your cat.
  • The safety and comfort of your cat is our priority, we will do our best to have the current caregiver extend the care or find another pet sitter to take care of your pet. In case of unplanned changes in your holidays, please contact the Customer Support team as soon as possible.
  • Yes, some caregivers are able to administer medications and injections to your pet according to your instructions. When completing the initial questionnaire at checkout and in the detailed form, please note that your pet requires medication/injections. In selecting caregivers, you will then have the opportunity to choose from pet sitters able to perform such procedures. There is no extra cost for such care, but please remember to book a visit of adequate time to accommodate extra time, so that the sitter can do the procedure without rush and needless stress for your cat.
  • Yes. Our caregivers send detailed reports documented with the date, time, place and duration of care consisting of: information about the course of care, activities performed, behavior of the animal, photos and videos.

  • Yes, when booking care you have the option to add a meeting with the caregiver. It is mandatory before the first dog boarding and very beneficial before dog sitting or walks. We organize the familiarization meeting in the location of the care - usually in your home or the caregiver's home.
  • Dog care includes a number of essential activities, such as feeding and providing water on a regular basis, taking your pet out for walks according to their preferences, keeping their bowls clean, as well as supplying them with the right amount of exercise and activity, including keeping them company, playing and petting them. The pet sitter will monitor your pet's well-being and behavior. If necessary, the sitter can also administer medications or injections according to the your instructions, providing comprehensive care, looking after your dog's health and comfort.

  • One day is considered from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and the minimum order for 24-hour care is 2 days (including 1 night). If you are looking for care for a shorter period of time, choose hourly care at your home or with our caregiver.

  • Yes, some caregivers are able to administer medications and injections to your pet according to your instructions. You can book hourly care at set time. The sitter will come to your place and feed, administer medications or an injection in a peaceful atmosphere and keep your dog company. When completing the initial questionnaire at checkout and in the detailed form, please note that your pet requires medication/injections. In selecting caregivers, you will then have the opportunity to choose from pet sitters able to perform such procedures.
  • Yes. Caregivers are always matched to the individual dog's needs and problems they can handle. If your dog needs extra attention or you are currently working on changing their behavior, be sure to include this in your pet's information when placing your order. Our caregivers are trained, and receive expert support from behaviorists, trainers and veterinarians. If you don't know how to manage your dog's problems in the long term, make an appointment for a behavioral consultation, which can be found in our store.
